InvestmentProcess
Just fill out the application and we’ll do the rest. It’s a three step process:
- Fill out the online application (including personal information, payment mode, etc.)
- Compliance officer, Netshares, will review the application for Identity verification, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. In the meantime, investment payment is being processed by our Escrow Agent, North Capital Private Securities Corporation. Automatic Clearing House (ACH) and Credit Card transactions can take 1-2 business days to process.
- Once funds are received and compliance is completed, it can take up to 1-2 weeks to process your investment completely.
Congratulations! Your investment is moved into our Cap Table where our SEC-Registered Transfer Agent KoreConx manages the certificate of ownership
